3 is a 2012 Tamil impractical episode picture directed by Aishwarya Dhanush who prefabricated her directorial debut with the celluloid. It stars Dhanush, who himself co-produced the enter, alongside Shruti Haasan. Soundtrack and record seduction were poised by debutante Anirudh Ravichander time the cinematography was handled by Velraj.
The picture gained advanced outlook due to the viral marketing of the song "Why This Kolaveri Di". 3 released on 30 March 2012, along with a dubbed variant in Telugu, to mixed reviews and was an ordinary grosser at the box role.
